Return And Exchange
At TailHomies, we are committed to producing high-quality products and ensuring accurate, timely delivery. However, due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns and exchanges are only granted under specific conditions.
Please Note: Returns or Cancellations Are Not Accepted in the Following Cases
- The Customer selected the wrong product type, size, or color.
- The order has passed the Order Approval Time and has already entered production
- The submitted artwork doesn't meet TailHomies’s quality standards and printing guidelines.
As all items are made to order, TailHomies does not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selections, or preference-related issues.
(*, Order Approval Time refers to the designated period following order placement during which the seller is permitted to make modifications to the order details, including but not limited to product design, mockup, and recipient address. Upon the expiration of this period, no further changes to the order information shall be accepted, and the order will proceed to production as initially confirmed.)
Fulfillment Workflow Overview
- Order Placement The Customer submits an order to TailHomies, including full order details and artwork.
- Order Processing & Printing (1–5 business days) TailHomies verifies the information, prepares the product, and begins printing.
- Packaging & Delivery The completed item is packed and shipped via USPS. The estimated delivery time within the United States is 7-15 business days.
Can I Cancel My Orders?
- Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered the production stage. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at contact@tailhomies.com, and include your order number and cancellation request.
- Once an order has entered production, TailHomies will check the current status to determine whether the item has already been printed. If printing has been completed, the order cannot be canceled.
- Please note:
- The production process begins shortly after the Order Approval Time ends.
- We will do our best to accommodate any change or cancellation request prior to the production stage, but cannot guarantee it once production has started.
- Our cancellation and refund policy is valid for 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
What Is Your Return Policy?
As all products fulfilled by TailHomies are custom-printed and made-to-order, returns or refunds are only applicable in the event that:
- The product itself is defective.
- The print quality does not meet acceptable standards.
- The final product received is materially different from the product preview displayed on the Website or submitted artwork.
In addition, please note that 3%–5% of shipments may experience logistics issues, including damage during transit, loss by the carrier, or delivery of incorrect items.
If you believe your product is eligible for a replacement or refund, please contact our support team at contact@tailhomies.com or via Live Chat, and include:
- Clear photo(s) or video showing the issue and the product label.
- Your order number and/or the email address associated with the order.
- Any relevant description of the problem or shipping issue.
We will review your claim based on the provided evidence. Unauthorized returns of items that are used, washed, or not in original condition will be declined and forfeited.
Note: Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
When Can I Request A Replacement Item?
Replacement items may be issued if the item received meets any of the following criteria:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- The print quality is poor or inconsistent with the provided artwork (where artwork guidelines were followed correctly).
- The received item differs materially from the preview or description (e.g., wrong type, size, color, or print content).
- The product or packaging was damaged in transit.
How Do I Return Items?
Return requests are only accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
- The return request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
- The return is not caused by customer error (e.g., incorrect size or color selection).
If you meet the above conditions, please contact us at contact@tailhomies.com to receive the designated return address. After our confirmation, follow these steps:
- Repack the item(s) securely along with a printed copy of your purchase confirmation email.
- Ship the return using a postal or courier service to the address provided by our team.
- Share the tracking number with us for record and verification.
- You will receive an email notification once we receive your return. We will then assess the item and inform you via email whether your return has been approved or declined for a refund or replacement.
Can I Exchange For Switching The Type/size/color Of The Product?
You can exchange the type/size/color of the products depending on the Order Approval time you set in our fulfillment app. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via contact@tailhomies.com.
How Long Does A Refund Or Exchange Take To Process?
- For qualified refunds, processing begins immediately upon confirmation. However, please allow up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method or bank.
- For exchange requests, please allow 7–14 business days for domestic deliveries. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations, fulfillment and shipping may take 1–3 weeks.
- Once we receive the returned item (if required), your refund or replacement will be processed promptly.
Cancellations And Modifications
Orders can only be modified or canceled during the Order Approval Time, which is the window of time before your order enters production. After this period, orders cannot be modified or canceled, as production begins automatically.
To request a cancellation or modification:
- Contact our customer support team as soon as possible at contact@tailhomies.com
- Provide your order number and details of the requested change.
Important Notes:
- Orders already in production or printed cannot be canceled or changed.
- Orders placed using promo/discount codes cannot be canceled for the purpose of reapplying a new promotion.
- Modifications requested after the Order Approval Time will not be accepted.
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time, please:
- Check your bank account or wallet balance again.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank – processing times vary by financial institution.

Coupon | Promo | Discount Codes
Promo, coupon, or discount codes cannot be applied to prior, existing, or pending orders.
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash value.
Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.

- Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- Discount codes must be applied at the time of order and are not retroactive.
