Production And Shipping
SHIPPING POLICY
TailHomies is committed to fulfilling orders in the shortest time possible, while ensuring quality and compliance with provided specifications.
Upon successful submission of all required order information - including recipient address, product details, order specifications, and artwork in accordance with TailHomies's design guidelines - and confirmation of payment for the fulfillment cost, our operations team will begin processing the order and forwarding it to the appropriate manufacturing facility. This process typically begins within one business day from the time all requirements are fulfilled.
Order Approval Time refers to the window during which the Customer may review and make changes to the order. Once this period has ended and the order has entered production, no further modifications or cancellations will be accepted, with the exception of shipping address updates (where permitted).
Orders are processed strictly based on the data provided by the Customer. TailHomies does not alter, validate, or supplement order data under any circumstances. As such, the Customer bears full responsibility for verifying the accuracy and completeness of all submitted information. This includes, but is not limited to: recipient address, postal codes, contact details, product type, size, color, and artwork file. TailHomies is not liable for delays, production errors, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete order data.
Please note that processing time begins only when all of the following conditions are met:
- Complete and accurate shipping information, order details, and recipient data have been submitted.
- A valid artwork file that complies with TailHomies's design guidelines has been provided.
- Payment for the order's fulfillment has been successfully made.
- In certain cases - particularly for new or infrequent users - TailHomies's support team has been properly notified to initiate fulfillment.
PRODUCTION/SHIPPING TIME
TailHomies partners with multiple regional factories to ensure timely production and delivery. Estimated timelines vary depending on the destination and product type.
Production Time (Business Days):
- US: From 3–5 working days
- China: From 5–7 working days
- Australia: From 3–4 working days
- UK: From 3–5 working days
- EU: From 3–5 working days
Shipping Time (Business Days):
- US: From 5–7 working days
- China: From 7–15 working days
- Australia: From 5–7 working days
- UK: From 2–4 working days
- EU: From 5–7 working days
You may track your order once it has been shipped. Tracking numbers are usually updated within 12 hours, but in some cases, it may take longer due to carrier delays. If your tracking number is still inactive after several days, please contact TailHomies's Customer Service for assistance.
