How do I customize my order?

What if my items arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately provide your order ID, a description of the issue, and clear product photos showing the damage from all sides, including the outer packaging with the shipping label. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Can I Cancel My Orders?

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered the production stage. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via Contact Us and include your order number and cancellation request.

Once an order has entered production, TailHomies will check the current status to determine whether the item has already been printed. If printing has been completed, the order cannot be canceled.

Shipping

How long does processing take?

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days after customization approval.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are emailed within 5-7 business days and can be checked at Track your order

Design & Quality

Will the colors match my screen?

We use premium, color-accurate printing, but slight variations may occur due to monitor differences.

Can I see a mockup before purchasing?

Absolutely! Our preview tool shows exactly how your design will look.
